Device-side Configuration

To access Office 365 applications on the device, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Microsoft apps (Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint, and more) from the following:
  • Play Store (Android)
  • App Store (iOS)

  1. Launch the Microsoft (Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc.) application.

  2. Enter the Email Address that was used in the Azure AD portal while creating the group.

  3. Once authenticated, the device will prompt you to download and launch the Microsoft Intune Portal application.

Access the application with the authentication option configured in Access Requirement: Enter PIN/scan fingerprint / identify the fingerprint/face recognition/work/school account

The Office 365 applications are ready to access the restrictions/policies applied to them.
