View System Logs


SureMDM keeps a log that will record a list of actions happening in an account. These logs are updated in chronological order and even displays log information of other users who are logged into the same account. It will also record activities when changes made in the account settings, admin user permissions or roles, password settings, and Deep Thought settings.


  • Filter - Admins can enable the log filter based on the device name and job name
  • Clear Log - Admins can clear the system logs using this option
  • Export - Admins can export the log information as a .txt file
