Description of Right-Click Actions


Description of actions that can be performed on right-clicking the device are given in the table below:

Settings

Description

Refresh

Refresh the device

Remote

Initiate a remote connection with a device.

Note: This feature works only when SureMDM is running in Internet Explorer (9.0 and above versions) and MozillaFirefox (26.0 and above versions) for Windows CE/Mobile devices. See Remote Support for Windows CE/Mobile Devices.

Reboot

Restart the device

Note: This feature is not supported on the Windows (Home edition) devices that are enrolled through Windows EMM.

Move to Group

Move the device to a Group

Tags
  • Add Tags - Use this option to add a tag to the device
  • Remove Tags - Use this option to remove a tag from the device

Delete

Use this option to unenroll the device from the SureMDM Console

Push  Application

Use this option to install an application on the device

Push File

Upload a file on the device

SureLock

Use this option admins can do the following options:

  • Activate License
  • Launch SureLock
  • Exit SureLock
  • Deactivate SureLock license

Note: Android VR devices can be locked down into kiosk mode on right-clicking SureLock > Enable Kiosk.

SureFox

Use this option admins can do the following options:

  • Install SureFox
  • Activate License
  • Launch SureFox
  • Exit SureFox
  • Deactivate SureFox license

SureVideo

Use this option admins can do the following options:

  • Install SureVideo
  • Activate License
  • Launch SureVideo
  • Exit SureVideo
  • Deactivate SureVideo License
