Configure Google Admin & Cloud Console

1. To enable Chrome Device Management API, log in to Google Cloud Console using your Google admin account.

2. Go to APIs & Services > Library.

3. In the search bar, type Chrome Device Management API and select Enable to enable the API.

4. Log in to the Google Admin Console with your admin credentials.

5. Select Menu > Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & Browsers.

6. Under User & Browser Settings, navigate to Chrome Management - Partner Access

7. Select Enable Chrome Management - Partner Access, Agree to the given terms and Conditions, and then click Save.  

8. Now, click the Device Settings tab and navigate to Chrome Management - Partner Access, select Enable Chrome Management - Partner Access, Agree to the given terms and conditions, and then click Save.

9. In the Google admin console, navigate to Menu > Security > Access and data control > API Controls.

10. In the API Controls section, select MANAGE THIRD PARTY APP ACCESS.

11. Select Add App and choose OAuth App Name Or Client ID from the drop-down.

a. In the App tab of Configure and OAuth app wizard, Input the client ID as 1034610342609-qj6s3fh18fb7u47c1lnu9ubtfjmri2k6.apps.googleusercontent.com and click Search. The SureMDM Local app should populate. Click Select against it.

b. Within the "OAuth client IDs" tab, mark the checkbox corresponding to the SureMDM Local client ID, and then proceed by clicking the "Select" button.

c. In the Scope tab, select suremdm.com and click on Continue.

d. In Access to Google Data, select Trusted and click on Continue.

e. Review the configuration and click Finish.

f. Once done, the App name should be listed in the App access control section.
