Blacklist the devices
Blacklisted section of web console will have a list of enrolled devices that are blacklisted from the Device List. Such devices will not have any communication with SureMDM account.
To blacklist a device, follow these steps:
1. Login to SureMDM Web Console.
2. Select the device from Device List.
3. Click Blacklist from Device Toolbar.
4. Click Yes to complete.
The device will be moved to the Blacklisted section located below Device Groups.
Note: To Whitelist a Blacklisted device,
i. Navigate to Blacklisted section located below Device Groups.
ii. Select the blacklist device and click Whitelist to complete.
