Viewing Call Logs  


Call Log option under Quick Action Toolbar allows admins to view all kind of call records:


      - Incoming


      - Outgoing


      - Missed


      - Rejected


Call Log prompt also lists and allows exporting following details about the calls:


      - Name


      - Phone Number


      - Time


      - Duration[mm:ss]



To enable Call Log function for an enrolled device using SureMDM, follow below mentioned steps:


1. Login to SureMDM Web Console


2. On SureMDM Web Console, select a device from Device List


3. Once device selected, click on Call Log button from Quick Action Toolbar


4.On Call Log prompt, select On from the Call log dropdown menu


5. Enter a value in Update Interval in minutes


6. Click on OK to complete
