SureMDM Reports

SureMDM Web Console allows admins to pull following reports for all enrolled devices:

      - System Log -  This report will list all the activities of enrolled devices for the specified time period.

      - Asset Tracking -  This report will list all enrolled devices with their specified details.

      - Call Log Tracking - This report will list calls details of the selected device for the specified time period. There are following type of call logs to select from:

                                        - Incoming

                                        - Outgoing

                                        - Missed

                                        - Rejected

      - Jobs Deployed - This report will list all the deployed jobs with their details.

      - Device Health Report - This report will list devices with following parameters for the specified time period:

                                         - Battery Percantage

                                         - Storage Space

                                         - Physical Memory

      - Device History - This report will list history of following details of the selected device:

                                         - Battery Details

                                         - Physical Memory

                                         - Wi-Fi Signal

                                         - Backup Battery

                                         - Storage

      - Data Usage - This report will list all the enrolled devices with their data usage for the specified time period.

      - Device Connected - Using Reports option, you can view list of devices connected to the account for a specific period of time. You can following details of the  

                                            connected devices in the report:

                                         

                                         - Device Name

                                         - Last Connected

                                         - Devices Status

      - App Version - This report allows the admins to search an installed application on the enrolled devices. The report will list all the devices which has the application      

                                  installed and with application version details.
