Jobs and Profiles ToolBar
Jobs Toolbar
The following actions are available in the Jobs grid toolbar and allow administrators to manage jobs and folders:
New Job - Creates a new job that can be configured and assigned to devices or groups.
Modify - Opens the selected job for editing its configuration settings.
Copy - Creates a duplicate of the selected job, allowing reuse with modifications.
Delete - Permanently removes the selected job from the console.
Revision History - Displays the version history of the selected job, including previous changes and updates.
New Folder - Creates a folder to organize jobs for better management and categorization.
Move To Folder - Moves the selected job or folder into another folder for structured organization.
Relay Status – Sync a job to selected Relay Servers.
noteAvailable only for Install Application and File Transfer Jobs.
Assignments - Enables assigning a job to one or more target groups.
- Groups - Select the target groups for deployment.
- Apply on Existing Devices - Enable to deploy the job only to devices already in the selected groups.

Profiles Toolbar
The following actions are available in the Profiles toolbar and allow administrators to create, manage, and organize profiles:
New Profile – Creates a new profile that can be configured and applied to devices or groups.
Modify – Opens the selected profile for editing its configuration settings.
Copy – Creates a duplicate of the selected profile for reuse or modification.
Delete – Permanently removes the selected profile from the console.
Revision History – Displays version history of the selected profile, including previous changes.
Set As Default – Marks the selected profile as the default profile to be applied automatically where applicable.
New Folder – Creates a folder to organize profiles for easier management.
Move To Folder – Moves the selected profile or folder into another folder.

Right-Click Options for Jobs/Profiles
In addition to the toolbar actions, administrators can access commonly used actions by right-clicking on a job or profile.
Right-Click options for Jobs
The following actions are available when you right-click on a job in the Jobs grid:
Modify – Edits the selected job configuration.
Copy – Creates a duplicate of the selected job for reuse or modification.
Delete – Permanently removes the selected job.
Move to Folder – Moves the selected job to another folder for better organization.
Right-Click options for Profiles
The following actions are available when you right-click on a profile in the Profiles grid:
Set as Default / Set as Default for AM – Sets the selected profile as the default profile during device enrollment using Google Play EMM API or Android Management API.
Modify – Edits the selected profile configuration.
Copy – Creates a duplicate of the selected profile.
Delete – Permanently removes the selected profile.
Move to Folder – Moves the selected profile to another folder.
Deployment Status
The Job/Profile Deployment Status provides a graphical summary of job/profile deployment across devices using a pie chart. It displays the number of devices in each deployment state, including Success, Pending, In Progress, Failed, and Revoke.
Administrators can click on any status segment in the chart (e.g., Success, Pending, Failed) to filter the device list and view only the devices corresponding to that status. This allows for quick analysis of deployment progress and identification of devices that may require attention.
The following options are available in this feature:
View Assigned Deployments Only - Enable this option to display only deployments assigned to devices. Manual deployments will not be shown.
Revoke - Remove assigned deployments from devices.
Reapply - Reapply the selected deployment to the targeted devices.
View Assigned Deployments Only option is available only for Job Deployment Status.
Job/Profile Version - Select the specific job/profile version from the dropdown to view deployment details.
Groups - Filter devices by group to focus on specific device sets.
Assign Tags - Use this option to assign tags to selected devices for better organization and reporting.
Back Arrow - Use the back arrow to return from the filtered view to the full device list, restoring all devices and removing the chart-based filter.
Search - Search the deployment table to quickly locate specific devices or entries.
Refresh - Use this option to refresh the deployment table to view the latest status updates.
Export Data – Use this option to export the deployment table data for external reporting or analysis.
